User Review Guidelines

General

It is important that you read and understand these Review Guidelines as they address our standards for submission of reviews.   You should check these Review Guidelines periodically (as well as our Privacy Policy) for updates, new information, or additional information.

We cannot accept reviews from persons under 18 years of age.   By posting a review you represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

Once a review is posted it becomes the property of TangoVisit.com.

Guidlines

• User reviews should not exceed 300 words.
• Recommended reviews range from 50 to 200 words.
• Reviews will be sorted by date posted.
• Your reviews should be candid, courteous and fair. Keep in mind that you are reviewing a particular location -- not other reviews, or reviewers.   Please refrain from overly harsh or snide comments or criticism of other reviews.   Reviews will appear on the site after a confirmation e-mail has been received by us.
• We do not generally screen any of the "content" of your review, but it is expected to be fair and not to be offensive.   We may remove, change or edit your content if, in our sole discretion, it does not meet our Review Guidlines, or for any other reason.   When we do, you may receive a notification about such removal or change.

What to write about
Have a theme, and provide a synopsis to that theme in the first lines of your review.   Have fun writing your review, but provide information that would be valuable to other visitors.   Back up your opinions with details.   Please tell us why you like or dislike something -- support your opinion with examples.   Use descriptive words.   Don't just say, "It was good."   Expand on it and say "The rooms were obviously planned with great detail.   Our room, for example, had a wonderful view onto the courtyard, with it's lovely garden full of red roses."   Provide lots of information.   Tell us your opinion, then feel free to expand and tell us why you feel that way.

Inappropriate Content

Inappropriate content includes:

• Inappropriate language, for example, harmful or abusive language, expletives or profanities, obscenities, hate speech, or harassing, offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit language. Any defamatory, obscene or pornographic comments.
• Un-informative reviews of less then 10 words.
• Personally-identifying information such as actual names, phone numbers, mailing addresses, email, URL.
• Commercial messages or advertising material.
• Comments which violate any applicable law or regulation. or describe or encourage any illegal acts, or behaviour.
• Infringement of any third-party intellectual property or publicity/privacy rights, or copyrighted content without permission of the owner.
• Information that advertises other Web sites, other message boards or other companies.

You cannot under any circumstances submit any content to TangoVisit.com that:

• Infringes any third-party intellectual property or publicity/privacy rights.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Is defamatory, obscene or pornographic.
